Acceptance of Terms By subscribing to services offered by Streso Group (Pty) Ltd (“Streso.ai”), through the website located at www.streso.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). These T&C apply to all users of the services, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Subscription Terms Subscriptions to Streso.ai services are on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Your subscription automatically renews each month on the date of your initial subscription unless terminated or cancelled in accordance with these T&C.
Payment Subscription fees are due in advance of the service period and will be automatically billed to the payment method you provided at sign-up. You must ensure that all payment information is current and accurate.
No Refund Policy All payments to Streso.ai are final. Refunds or credits will not be provided for any subscription services. This no-refund policy applies at all times, regardless of your decision to terminate your subscription, our decision to terminate your subscription, any disruption to our services, or any other reason.
Cancellation Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account interface or by contacting our customer support at support@management.ai. Cancellations must be made at least one calendar month in advance of the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent month.
Modifications to the Service and Prices Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Service Availability We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times and without disruptions or interruptions. Maintenance, upgrades, and emergency repairs may impact the availability of the services.
User Conduct You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the service in any manner that could harm Streso.ai or other users.
User Content You may be able to upload, store, or share content through the service. You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display. By uploading content, you grant Streso.ai a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service.
Intellectual Property All content provided on Streso.ai, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Streso Group (Pty) Ltd or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Streso Group (Pty) Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your use of the service or violation of these T&C.
Warranty Disclaimer We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of Liability In no case shall Streso Group (Pty) Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
Severability In the event that any provision of these T&C is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these T&C, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Termination The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These T&C are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these T&C at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. Cancellations must be made at least one calendar month in advance.
Entire Agreement The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these T&C shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Force Majeure Streso.ai shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond Streso.ai’s reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
Assignment You may not assign your rights and obligations under these T&C without our prior written consent. Streso.ai may assign its rights and obligations under these T&C at any time.
No Waiver Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these T&C will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these T&C is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these T&C will remain in effect.
Feedback and Suggestions Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Streso.ai or the Service is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
Third-Party Services The Service may enable you to interact with or use third-party services, and we do not control those services. The use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for your interactions with third-party services.
Prohibited Activities You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium
Using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” and “offline readers,” to access the Service
Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email
Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
Taking any action that imposes, or may impose, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service
Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service
Using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes
Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
Violating any applicable law or regulation
Governing Law and Jurisdiction These T&C and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within South Africa for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
Termination for Breach We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the T&C.
Confidentiality You agree not to disclose any confidential information of Streso.ai, including but not limited to non-public information regarding the Service, our business, financial information, or other proprietary information.
Notices All notices under these T&C shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when received, if personally delivered; when receipt is electronically confirmed, if transmitted by facsimile or email; the day after it is sent, if sent for next day delivery by recognized overnight delivery service; and upon receipt, if sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested.
Headings Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of the T&C.
Entire Agreement These T&C, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Streso.ai concerning the Service.
Free Changes to AI Assistant Clients are entitled to two free changes to their AI Assistant per month. Any additional changes will be subject to an applicable hourly rate.
Token Usage and Rate Changes
37.1 Token Binding: The tokens you purchase for use with our AI services are bound to the rates and terms as of the date of your purchase. These tokens grant you access to the specified AI functionalities as outlined in our service offerings at the time of purchase.
37.2 Rate Adjustments: Please note that the cost of tokens may change over time due to adjustments in third-party API costs or other factors outside of our control. We reserve the right to modify the rate at which tokens are consumed based on current third-party API costs or other operational costs.
37.3 Notification of Changes: We will provide notice of any significant changes to token rates or usage terms on our website and through direct communication channels where applicable. Continued use of tokens after the rate change notification will constitute acceptance of the new rates.
37.4 Token Expiry: Unused tokens will expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Expired tokens are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
AI Assistant Limitations and Liability
38.1 Performance Disclaimer: While we strive to ensure that our AI assistants provide accurate and useful responses, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of the information provided by the AI assistants. The performance of AI assistants can vary based on various factors including but not limited to the quality of input data and the specific use case.
38.2 Liability for Use: You acknowledge that the AI assistants are tools to assist with certain tasks and are not a substitute for professional advice or judgment. Streso.ai shall not be liable for any decisions made based on the output of the AI assistants or any consequences arising from the use of the AI assistants.
38.3 Error Handling: In the event of errors or inaccuracies in the AI assistant’s responses, you agree to notify us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct such errors, but we do not guarantee a specific resolution time.
38.4 Data Integrity and Security: We implement measures to protect the security and integrity of the data processed by our AI assistants. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
38.5 Usage Restrictions: You agree not to use the AI assistants for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious activities, including but not limited to generating false, misleading, or harmful content. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the AI assistants if you engage in such activities.
User Responsibilities and Compliance
39.1 Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the AI assistants complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes but is not limited to data protection and privacy laws.
39.2 Content Ownership and Rights: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to any content you provide to the AI assistants. You retain ownership of such content, but grant Streso.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, and distribute the content as necessary to provide the services.
39.3 Third-Party Data: If you provide data that includes personal information of third parties, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from such third parties to use their personal information in connection with the AI assistants.
Service Continuity and Support
40.1 Service Continuity: While we aim to provide continuous and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the AI assistants will be available at all times or without interruptions. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions that may occur.
40.2 Technical Support: We provide technical support to assist with any issues you may encounter while using the AI assistants. Support is provided via email and during our business hours. We aim to respond to support requests within 48 hours, but response times may vary.
Intellectual Property Protection
41.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the AI assistants, including but not limited to algorithms, software, and related documentation, are owned by or licensed to Streso.ai. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the AI assistants.
41.2 Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the AI assistants, nor attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms. Any unauthorized use of the AI assistants or related intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access to the services.
Additional Work and Hourly Rates
42.1 Scope of Services: The services provided under your subscription include only those specifically outlined in your chosen service plan. Any additional work or customization requests beyond the standard services will be considered out-of-scope and subject to additional charges.
42.2 Hourly Rates: Any additional work requested by the user, including but not limited to custom development, consulting, additional changes to AI assistants beyond the free allowance, or other services, will be billed at an hourly rate of [Insert Hourly Rate].
42.3 Estimates and Approvals: Before commencing any additional work, we will provide an estimate of the hours required and the associated costs. Work will only proceed upon your written approval of the estimate. The actual hours worked may vary from the estimate, and you will be billed for the actual time spent on the additional work.
42.4 Invoicing and Payment: Invoices for additional work will be issued separately from your subscription fees and will be due upon receipt. Payment must be made using the payment method on file or any other method agreed upon in writing.
42.5 Work Product: Any deliverables resulting from additional work will be subject to the same terms and conditions as the standard services, including intellectual property and usage restrictions.
